Enapter AG: Positive Growth Reflected in Half-Year Results for 2024

Hamburg, September 3, 2024 – Enapter AG has reported a significant development in the first half of 2024, confirming its forecast for the year. Sales increased by 73%, reaching EUR 8.3 million, compared to H1 2023. EBITDA improved by EUR 4 million to EUR -3 million.

The company has secured numerous orders for their megawatt-class electrolyzers from Germany, Europe, Asia, the USA, and notably, Italy. The Italian government initiative "Hydrogen-Valleys" is a key growth driver for Enapter.

The first AEM multicore electrolyzer was delivered to SIZ Braunschweig, capable of producing around 450 kilograms of green hydrogen per day. Collaboration with Clean H2 Inc. in the USA also showed positive results, with significant orders received.

Total orders for the first half of the year amounted to EUR 23.4 million, a five-fold increase. Sales for H1 2024 rose to EUR 8.3 million, and EBITDA improved to EUR -3 million. Enapter confirms its annual revenue forecast of EUR 34 million and an EBITDA of EUR -7 to -8 million.
