EncounterCare Solutions' Trading Symbol Changes to CBRF Effective August 20, 2024

EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. has officially rebranded as CyberFuels Holding Company, Inc. Effective August 20, 2024, the company's trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board will change to CBRF.

The rebranding aims to more accurately represent the company’s mission of offering sustainable energy solutions that enhance performance and decrease carbon emissions. CyberFuels plans to focus on producing eFuels and other green energy products at its new Port Tampa Green Energy Campus.

With shareholder and Board approval, the company has also increased its authorized common stock shares to 230,000,000. This change is in anticipation of raising capital for future growth, particularly for the Port Tampa project. There are no immediate plans to issue a significant number of new shares.

CyberFuels completed the purchase of the Tampa Energy Campus on December 29, 2023. The company aims to finalize the first phase of the campus by the end of 2025, which includes building storage tanks for both traditional fuels and sustainable eFuels.
