End of the liquidity contract between Mauna Kea Technologies and Gilbert Dupont
On November 20, 2024, Mauna Kea Technologies and Gilbert Dupont announced the termination of their liquidity agreement, in place since May 25, 2012. This termination marks the end of a long-standing financial collaboration between the two companies.
As of the evening of November 20, 2024, the liquidity account showed 98,505 securities and EUR 16,935.54 in cash. In comparison, as of the half-yearly balance sheet of June 28, 2024, it had 84,591 securities and EUR 19,043.09 in cash. At the origin of the contract in 2012, the figures were 7,558 securities and EUR 277,913.78 in cash.
After the contract is closed, the securities and cash are transferred to Mauna Kea Technologies, thus marking the end of a management phase by Gilbert Dupont.
