Endor AG: Extraordinary General Meeting on September 3, 2024 Cancelled

Landshut, August 27, 2024 - Endor AG has announced the cancellation of the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for September 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM. This decision follows the 31st Civil Senate of the Higher Regional Court of Munich's temporary suspension of the Local Court of Landshut's authorization granted on July 11, 2024.

The meeting was initially convened by shareholders Thomas Jackermeier and Bamboo Invest GmbH based on court authorization. However, the recent court decision has rendered the planned convocation irrelevant. The cancellation has been officially communicated through the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger).
