Endor AG Postpones Publication of 2023 Financial Statements

Landshut, July 5, 2024 – Endor AG has announced a delay in publishing its audited annual and consolidated financial statements for 2023. The company cited the review of subsequent entries and account payable corrections as primary reasons.

Additionally, the company's auditor will only issue an audit opinion once Endor AG has been sustainably reorganized and a positive going concern can be assured. The Executive Board remains optimistic about achieving a positive forecast amid ongoing reorganization negotiations.

Endor AG does not expect to publish the audited financial statements before the end of September 2024. Following the completion of the audit, the company plans to convene the Annual General Meeting for the 2023 financial year.

The exact date of publication will be announced in accordance with legal requirements. Matthias Kosch, CFO of Endor AG, served as the notifying person for this delayed release.
