Endor AG's Business Acquired by CORSAIR Amid Insolvency
Landshut, September 13, 2024 – Endor AG has entered insolvency proceedings under the decision of the Landshut insolvency court. The case number is IN 542/24. Dr. Hubert Ampferl from Dr Beck & Partner law firm has been appointed as the insolvency administrator.
Technology company CORSAIR® (Nasdaq: CRSR) has acquired Endor AG's business operations through an asset deal. This acquisition includes the transfer of shares in Endor AG's foreign subsidiaries and the incorporation of all active employment contracts. As a result, Endor AG will undergo full liquidation, and its stock market listing will soon be terminated. Shareholders are advised that they will not receive any payments.
