Energiekontor AG: Updated Buy Recommendation from First Berlin Equity Research
First Berlin Equity Research GmbH has released an updated analysis of Energiekontor AG, maintaining a "Buy" recommendation while adjusting the target price from EUR 116.00 to EUR 110.00. Analyst Dr. Karsten von Blumenthal has communicated that the price adjustment accounts for recent positive one-off effects related to receivables from wind parks in Germany.
Energiekontor has increased its 2024 EBT guidance to €34m-€37m, up from a previous range of €23m-€27m. This adjustment considers compensation claims from earnings losses. The firm anticipates strong earnings growth in 2025 and stability in the following years, partially due to a record volume of approximately 1,300 MW in approved projects. The company's annual report, scheduled for release on March 28, will further clarify EBT expectations for 2025.
