ENERGISM: AGO on June 27, 2024

ENERGISME announces the holding of its Ordinary General Meeting on June 27, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Novotel Pont de Sèvres, located in Sèvres. The company's shareholders are invited to participate.

The documents relating to this meeting are available and downloadable on the company's website, in the "Investors" section.

To participate, shareholders must prove their rights by registering the securities in their name, in accordance with article R. 22-10-28 of the Commercial Code, two working days before the meeting, i.e. July 4, 2023.

Participation can be done in person, by proxy, without indicating a representative, or by correspondence, including via the secure VOTACCESS site. Internet voting will be open from June 10, 2024.
