ENERGISME: Correction of a Convocation to the Ordinary General Meeting of June 27, 2024

ENERGISME (FR0013399359 – Mnémo ALNRG) has announced a correction concerning the convening of its Ordinary General Meeting initially broadcast on May 24, 2024. The event will take place on June 27, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Novotel Pont de Sèvres, 11-13, Grande Rue in Sevres.

The preparatory documents are available on the company's website in the “Investors” section under “General Meetings”. Shareholders must register in advance to participate, in accordance with article R. 22-10-28 of the Commercial Code. Their registration must be validated by June 25, 2024.

Four methods of participation are offered: physical presence, proxy to a third party, proxy without designation of proxy or postal vote. Internet voting via VOTACCESS is also available from June 10, 2024 to June 26, 2024 at 3 p.m. (Paris time).
