ENERTIME: ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 2024
ENERTIME (FR0011915339 - ALENE), a French company specializing in green technologies, informs its shareholders that the General Meeting of July 25, 2024 did not reach the required quorum. The attendance rate was 14.51%, insufficient for the Ordinary (20%) and Extraordinary (25%) General Meeting decisions.
Consequently, a second convening of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for September 27, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., at the Company's head office in Courbevoie. Shareholders will be able to deliberate on the same agenda and the same resolutions.
The documents relating to this Meeting are available at the head office and on the company's website. Postal and electronic votes received for the July 25 session remain valid.
