ENGIE: Declaration of Capital and Voting Rights as of October 31, 2024
ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights making up its capital as of October 31, 2024. In accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, ENGIE announces that its capital is composed of 2,435,285,011 shares.
When treasury shares are subtracted, the number of shares is 2,412,325,214. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 3,184,240,889. However, the number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 3,161,281,092.
Registered shares registered for two years benefit from double voting rights, according to article L. 225-123 of the French Commercial Code.
