ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2025. This communication is in compliance with Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
The company's capital consists of 2,435,285,011 shares. After deducting treasury shares, the number of shares is 2,427,201,959. As for the number of theoretical voting rights, it amounts to 3,210,042,372. Excluding treasury shares, the exercisable voting rights are 3,201,959,320.
This calculation takes into account the provisions allowing double voting rights for registered and paid-up shares held for at least two years.
