ENGIE: Update on share capital and voting rights in September 2025

ENGIE has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights constituting its capital as of September 30, 2025. According to Article L 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, the company's capital consists of 2,435,285,011 shares. After deduction of treasury shares, this figure stands at 2,431,912,525.

The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 3,206,986,056. The exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, reach 3,203,613,570. This declaration, made in accordance with the regulations in force, ensures the transparency of ENGIE's capital structure.
