ENGIE launches its share buyback program
On July 3, 2024, ENGIE announced the implementation of its share buyback program, approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 30, 2024. This program will allow ENGIE to acquire a maximum of 14,200,000 shares between August 26 and September 20, 2024. An extension until September 25, 2024 is possible.
ENGIE has entrusted this mission to an investment services provider. The price per share will be based on the volume-weighted average price over the entire purchase period. This price will not exceed 30 euros per share.
The shares repurchased will cover ENGIE's obligations relating to its employee shareholding plans, in particular the Link 2024 offer. Part of the shares could be canceled later.
