ENGIE publishes its data on shares and voting rights as of April 30, 2024

ENGIE has revealed the figures relating to the number of shares making up its capital as well as the associated voting rights as of April 30, 2024, in accordance with article L 233-8 of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

The total number of shares making up the capital amounts to 2,435,285,011. After deduction of treasury shares, this number is adjusted to 2,425,969,623. As for the voting rights, the theoretical number, including the shares conferring double voting rights, reached 3,198,346,034. The voting rights actually exercisable, once treasury shares are excluded, number 3,189,030,646.
