Number of Entech shares and voting rights

Entech has published information on its share capital and voting rights in accordance with Articles L.233-18 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of November 30, 2025, Entech declared that it held a total of 14,707,247 shares comprising its share capital.

The actual number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, amounts to 24,478,885. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, reaches 24,495,561. These figures illustrate Entech's capital structure on the date indicated.
