La société Ethero annonce le report de la publication de ses comptes annuels 2025. Initialement prévue le 25 mars 2026, la publication est décalée au 9 avril 2026 après la clôture des marchés. Cette décision résulte de discussions tardives sur l'imputation comptable des opérations d'ingénierie financière innovantes menées en 2025.
Ces opérations font partie de la nouvelle stratégie de la société, marquant sa transition vers la finance décentralisée. Dans ce cadre, Ethero a également entrepris la tokenisation des actifs réels et constitué une réserve stratégique d'Éthers. La société est cotée sur Euronext Growth depuis 2007.
