The acquisition involves 100% of Pirobras shares, pending final administrative procedures, with no specific approval needed from French or Brazilian authorities. It's a strategic move to enhance EPC's presence in the burgeoning Brazilian mining and quarrying markets.
Based in Minas Gerais, Pirobras brings over 35 years of local expertise, supplying more than 70 major clients. The integration aims to leverage EPC's technological innovations with Pirobras' established market base.
