EPC: Liquidity and Voting Rights Contract for the first half of 2024

As of June 30, 2024, Entreparticuliers.com revealed the details of its liquidity contract managed by Invest Securities. On that date, the contract included 29,752 securities and €26,692.15 in cash. During the half-year, 632 purchase transactions and 562 sales were recorded.

The volumes traded reached 161,042 securities for €115,042.95 for purchase and 169,128 securities for €126,393.23 for sale. In comparison, as of June 30, 2023, the liquidity account had 37,838 securities and €14,950.20 in cash.

Since the launch of the contract on January 1, 2010, the initial means included €100,000 in cash, without any securities. An increase of 15,000 titles took place on June 14, 2021.

In terms of governance, as of June 30, 2024, Entreparticuliers.com had 5,282,382 theoretical voting rights and 5,168,337 effective voting rights, with 114,045 shares held in treasury.
