EPIC Suisse AG Announces Q3 2024 Financial Results

EPIC Suisse AG has released its high-level financial figures for Q3 2024. The portfolio's fair value as of 30 September 2024 is CHF 1.591 billion. This includes CHF 1,451 million in operational investment properties and CHF 140 million in properties under development or construction.

For the nine-month period ending in September, total income from operations was CHF 50.5 million, compared to CHF 50.4 million for the same period in 2023. The company's total bank debt stands at CHF 655 million, an increase from CHF 610 million at the end of 2023. The IFRS NAV is CHF 802 million, slightly down from CHF 805 million on 31 December 2023.

These figures align with the reporting obligations of the company's majority shareholder, Alrov Properties & Lodgings Ltd. The Annual Report for 2024 is scheduled for release on 5 March 2025.
