Epique Realty Announces New Initiatives to Support Agents

Epique Realty has unveiled several transformative initiatives during a recent livestream event aimed at boosting support for agents. CEO Josh Miller highlighted ongoing commitments and introduced key programs benefiting agents professionally and personally.

The National Emergency Management Fund and Task Force (NEMQ) was announced to aid agents impacted by natural disasters. Epique will match volunteer and commission donations up to $1 million, illustrating support in times of crisis.

The launch of the Ken Whitfield Fund honors the late Texas state broker by providing $10,000 for families of deceased brokers or leaders, ensuring financial security in tough times.

SYNQ, the new Epique Teams Services Division, will offer tailored support and growth strategies for agent teams, while Epique En Español will cater to Spanish-speaking markets in Texas, launching in 2025.

Furthermore, Epique aims for global expansion, with ambitions to operate in at least 10 countries within five years, partnering with international real estate teams and exploring the luxury market.
