Eramet: Details of voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2024
Eramet SA, established at 10 boulevard de Grenelle in Paris, has communicated the figures concerning its shares and voting rights as of November 30, 2024. According to the information provided in accordance with Article L. 223-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, the total number of shares making up the capital amounts to 28,755,047.
The total number of theoretical voting rights of the company is 49,305,009. However, by deducting the shares deprived of voting rights, the number of exercisable voting rights is 49,177,121. This difference results from the holding of shares in treasury or registered in a liquidity contract or other similar arrangements.
