Erratum : Programme de rachat d’actions propres de Deezer
Deezer (Euronext Paris : DEEZR) a publié un rectificatif concernant son programme de rachat d’actions propres, initialement communiqué le 9 septembre 2024. Ce correctif porte sur les transactions réalisées du 2 au 6 septembre 2024.
Ainsi, le 6 septembre 2024, deux transactions ont été effectuées sur le marché XPAR. La première transaction, réalisée à 10:25:38, portait sur 220 actions au prix unitaire de 1,8 EUR. La seconde, à 13:53:43, concernait 13 189 actions au même prix unitaire.
Ces opérations ont toutes deux été exécutées par la société Crédit Industriel et Commercial, avec pour objectif principal de soutenir les options sur stock de Deezer.
