Esker delisted after successful public offer

Stock price chart of ESKER (EPA:ALESK) showing fluctuations.

On March 3, 2025, Esker, along with Bridgepoint and General Atlantic, will delist from the stock market, marking a turning point after the success of the friendly tender offer launched in September 2024. This decision follows the acquisition of nearly 90% of the capital by Boréal Bidco SAS, associated with key Esker executives.

The IPO allows Esker to begin a new chapter with a strategic partnership, aimed at accelerating its development. Jean-Michel Bérard, President of Esker, welcomes this crucial step for the company. The management, in cooperation with Bridgepoint and General Atlantic, aims to strengthen Esker's position in a dynamic market.

This withdrawal enables a strategic reorientation, paving the way for increased global expansion, driven by the growth potential of Esker's software solutions.
