ESKER: Number of voting rights and shares making up the share capital
The ESKER company has published data concerning the composition of its share capital and the number of voting rights for the months from December 2023 to May 2024. In December 2023, the number of shares making up the capital amounted to 6,037 970, a figure which gradually increased to reach 6,047,968 in May 2024.
The number of treasury shares remained relatively stable during this period, oscillating around 143,745 shares. Regarding voting rights, the total number of theoretical voting rights increased from 7,086,545 in December 2023 to 7,116,950 in May 2024.
The total number of voting rights exercisable followed a slight downward trend before increasing, ranging from 6,942,800 in December 2023 to 6,973,265 in May 2024. This development reflects the dynamics of the ESKER company during this period.
