ESKER: Share Buyback Program and Liquidity Contract
ESKER SA has announced a share buyback program starting on July 1, 2024. The company currently holds 2.37% of its capital, or 143,877 shares. In August 2024, ESKER actively bought and sold shares, respectively 4,220 and 4,252 shares. The program also includes transactions with Portzamparc as an intermediary.
Transactions in August varied in volume and price. For example, on August 1, ESKER bought 500 shares at EUR 202.24 each and sold 150 at EUR 205.67. Transactions continued throughout the month with fluctuating purchase and sale volumes.
This program aims to stabilize the share price and improve the liquidity of the stock on the market. The details of the monthly operations are in accordance with the AMF reporting requirements.
