Espace Real Estate records sustained growth in the first half of 2025
Swiss group Espace Real Estate has presented encouraging half-year results for 2025. Rental income increased from CHF 19.4 million in the first half of 2024 to CHF 20.1 million this year. Net profit reached CHF 15.5 million, compared to CHF 11.4 million the previous year. Operating profit, excluding revaluation effects and property sales, amounted to CHF 10.4 million.
The vacancy rate remains low at 2.7%, with strategic acquisitions, including the "Hofgarten" project for 80 apartments in Solothurn. The residential projects in Grenchen and Lengnau illustrate the group's momentum, which is expanding its real estate portfolio, currently valued at CHF 869.3 million.
