EssilorLuxottica et Diesel annoncent un accord de licence de 10 ans
EssilorLuxottica et Diesel ont signé un accord de licence exclusif pour la conception, la production et la distribution mondiale de lunettes Diesel. Cet accord est effectif immédiatement jusqu'au 31 décembre 2029, avec une option de renouvellement automatique pour cinq années supplémentaires. La première collection sera lancée au premier trimestre 2025.
L'accord combine le style audacieux de Diesel avec les capacités d'innovation et de distribution d'EssilorLuxottica. Glenn Martens, Directeur Créatif de Diesel, dirigera le développement des nouvelles collections, qui cibleront notamment la "Gen Z".
Francesco Milleri, PDG d'EssilorLuxottica, et Renzo Rosso, fondateur de Diesel, ont exprimé leur enthousiasme pour ce partenariat, soulignant la qualité et l'innovation que cet accord apportera aux nouveaux produits.
