ETPO Group: 2024 Financial Results
ETPO Group SA announced its 2024 annual results, marked by a 4.4% increase in revenue, reaching €252.7 million. However, EBITDA decreased by 20.6%, reaching €16.7 million. Despite this, current operating income jumped from €1,014,000 in 2023 to €11,818,000 in 2024. Consolidated net income rose to €14.3 million, largely due to the disposal of real estate subsidiaries.
Geographically, nearly 65% of the business was carried out in mainland France. The order book for 2025 begins at €225 million, suggesting stable business. The merger with the Spie Batignolles Group is proving strategic to enhance the group's expertise.
