EURASIA FONCIÈRE INVESTISSEMENT: Postponement of the Publication of the 2024 Annual Report
EURASIA FONCIÈRE INVESTISSEMENT informs of the postponement of the publication of its Annual Financial Report for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2025, it is now expected for May 30, 2025. This postponement does not change the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders, set for June 30, 2025.
The postponement is due to technical difficulties in consolidating complex accounting information, requiring additional verifications to ensure the reliability of the financial statements. A new board of joint auditors is working with EURASIA to finalize the report in accordance with regulatory standards.
An update will be provided as soon as the report is ready, with submission expected within the revised timeframe.
