Eurazeo Announces Share and Voting Rights Update as of February 2024

Eurazeo SE, a prominent European investment group, disclosed its total number of shares and voting rights as of February 29, 2024. In accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation, Eurazeo reported a capital composition of 76,081,874 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, stands at 108,728,738. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 106,176,759, following the guidelines of article 223-11 of the AMF's General Regulation.
