EURAZEO ENGAGE DES DISCUSSIONS POUR CÉDER SA PART DANS CPK
Eurazeo a annoncé son entrée en discussions exclusives avec une holding européenne du Groupe Ferrara Candy pour céder sa participation dans CPK. CPK, acteur majeur de la confiserie de sucre et de chocolat en Europe, a été créé en 2017, après l'acquisition de marques auprès de Mondelez et son union avec Lamy Lutti. Le groupe, qui emploie plus de 900 personnes en France, est connu pour des marques telles que Carambar et Terry’s.
L'accord de cession est soumis à l'approbation des autorités de la concurrence et aux consultations internes. Eurazeo espère clôturer la transaction au quatrième trimestre 2025. Cette cession renforcerait la stratégie d'Eurazeo axée sur la création de champions européens, tout en générant environ 240 millions d'euros pour sa trésorerie.
