EURAZEO's Semi-Annual Liquidity Contract Review
On July 9, 2024, EURAZEO published its semi-annual report on the liquidity contract managed by EXANE BNP PARIBAS as of June 30, 2024. The liquidity account held 54,277 EURAZEO shares and €7,480,728. During this half-year period, 5,087 purchase transactions were executed, amounting to 573,065 shares worth €44,806,679, while 5,905 sales transactions were carried out, representing 565,322 shares worth €44,168,651.
Comparatively, at the end of the previous semester on December 31, 2023, the liquidity account contained 42,305 EURAZEO shares and €8,257,159. Purchases amounted to 497,780 shares worth €29,279,487, and sales totaled 518,357 shares worth €30,489,675 with respective transaction counts of 4,005 for purchases and 3,559 for sales.
