Eurobattery Minerals Completes TO5 Warrant Exercise

Eurobattery Minerals AB has concluded the exercise period for its warrants of series TO5. These warrants were part of a rights issue initiated in January 2024. Shareholders who participated received two new shares, one TO4 warrant, and one TO5 warrant per unit. The TO5 warrants allowed for subscription to new shares at SEK 0.40 each, open for exercise from 7 to 18 October 2024.

Overall, 60,992 TO5 warrants were exercised, resulting in proceeds of approximately SEK 24,000 before costs for the company. The new issuance will increase the share count to 152,293,044 once registered, and the share capital will rise by SEK 24,396.80. This translates to a minor dilution of 0.04% for existing shareholders.
