Euronext Expands SaaS Offering with Admincontrol Acquisition

Euronext has announced the acquisition of Admincontrol from Visma, strengthening its SaaS market presence in the Nordics and the UK. This move supports Euronext's "Innovate for Growth 2027" strategy, expanding its subscription-based revenue model. Admincontrol, a key player in governance SaaS, will broaden Euronext's product capabilities and market reach.

Admincontrol, headquartered in Oslo, has shown impressive growth, with revenues of NOK 452 million and a 44% EBITDA margin in 2024. The acquisition complements Euronext Corporate Solutions, enhancing client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities. The NOK 4,650 million cash transaction is expected to close by Q2 2025, pending regulatory approvals.

This strategic purchase aligns with Euronext's recent expansion efforts in the Nordic region, bolstering its governance solutions and market leadership. Admincontrol will leverage Euronext's network to further its market penetration and growth.
