EuropaCorp Announces 2023/2024 Revenues
Paris, 29 May 2024 – EuropaCorp, a leading independent film studio in Europe, reported consolidated annual revenues of €35.3 million for its financial year ending 31 March 2024. This represents a slight decrease of 6% from the previous year's €37.5 million.
International sales amounted to €17.4 million, accounting for 49% of total revenue, down 17% from €21.1 million last year. This decline is attributed to a lower volume of worldwide deliveries of line-up films.
Meanwhile, Television & SVOD sales in France increased by 18%, reaching €13.3 million. The improvement is driven by strong catalogue performances. Video & VOD sales saw a modest increase of 16%, totaling €1.2 million.
Theatrical distribution revenues rose significantly by 130%, with €0.9 million reported, primarily due to the French release of "Dogman" in September 2023. Other activities brought in €2.4 million, up 9% from the previous year.
EuropaCorp plans to release an English-language film in the third quarter of 2024, with two additional films currently in production.
