EuropaCorp's Combined General Meeting Results for September 12, 2024

Paris, 16 September 2024—EuropaCorp held its ordinary and extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting on September 12, 2024, at the Club de l’Etoile in Paris. Key attendees included CEO Jean-Marc Lacarrère, General Counsel Vincent Teyssot, auditors Arnaud Malivoire and Olivier Juramie, and company counsel Arnaud de Senilhes.

All proposed resolutions were adopted with strong support. Approval rates for key resolutions were high, including the unanimous approval of the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2024, both passing with 99.976% of the vote.
