European Healthcare Acquisition & Growth Company B.V. Announces Dissolution and Trading Suspension

European Healthcare Acquisition & Growth Company B.V., a special purpose acquisition company listed on Euronext Amsterdam, has declared its imminent dissolution. Effective from November 18, 2024, the company will cease operations following its extended deadline without a business combination. Consequently, trading of its class A ordinary shares will be suspended from November 19, 2024, and delisting will occur on November 29, 2024.

The winding-up process is set to begin after a final report and plan of distribution are prepared and announced. Shareholders can expect a liquidation distribution of up to €10 per share, contingent on no creditor objections within a statutory two-month period starting November 21, 2024.

All responsibilities for the liquidation fall upon the company's board, aiming to conclude all financial obligations. After settlement, any remaining assets will be distributed among shareholders, finalizing the company's dissolution and deregistration.
