EUROPLASMA: Bizzell Europe Acquires 25% of Valdunes for 5 Million Euros

Europlasma, a company specializing in the treatment and recovery of hazardous waste, as well as in decarbonization, announces the entry of Bizzell Europe into the capital of Valdunes Industries. This operation involves the acquisition of 25% of the shares for an amount of 5 million euros. Bizzell Europe, a subsidiary of Bizzell Corporation, works primarily with the US government.

Valdunes Industries, created by Europlasma to take over the activities of MG-Valdunes, was approved by the Lille-Métropole commercial court last March. The current agreement modifies the initial capital structure and aims to improve the profitability of Valdunes Industries and, by extension, that of the Europlasma group. The implementation of this operation will require discussions with various stakeholders, both private and public, French and international.

Through this initiative, Europlasma seeks to strengthen value creation and synergies within its group, in accordance with previously established development strategies.
