EUROPLASMA considers taking over the Fonderie de Bretagne

Europlasma, a specialist in pollution control and decarbonisation, has submitted an offer to take over Fonderie de Bretagne. This company is currently in receivership. The offer includes the takeover of the company's assets and goodwill, as well as the retention of 240 jobs. Europlasma plans to diversify its activities towards the defence sector to ensure the foundry's sustainability.

The takeover plan is based on the continuity of historical activities and a focus on strategic diversification. The completion of the offer is subject to certain conditions, including the absence of adverse changes in the company's business and the receipt of defense authorizations.
