EUROPLASMA Declares its Number of Voting Rights and Shares in 2025
On September 2, 2025, Europlasma officially announced the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of August 31, 2025. In accordance with current regulations, the total number of shares outstanding amounts to 2,004,505,424. Theoretical and exercisable voting rights are identical, although some rights have been neutralized due to treasury shares.
