Europlasma General Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2025

Europlasma, a company specializing in pollution control and decarbonization, is inviting its shareholders to an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting. This meeting will be held on September 23 in Pessac. The shareholders will notably examine the financial statements for the 2024 financial year and the renewal of director mandates. A new statutory audit firm may also be appointed.

In May, Europlasma obtained an extension to this meeting following the acquisition of assets from Fonderie de Bretagne, which was approved in April. Shareholders will be able to consult the preparatory documents on the company's website.

An ad hoc representative has been appointed to represent the defaulting shareholders. Finally, Europlasma reiterates the risks associated with its shares on Euronext Growth, including a potential dilution of outstanding shares.
