EUROPLASMA reveals its capital as of January 31, 2026

EUROPLASMA (FR001400PDG8-ALEUP) announced the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital as of January 31, 2026. In accordance with legal requirements, the group declared a total of 13,551,014 shares outstanding. The number of voting rights, both theoretical and exercisable, also amounts to 13,551,014. Treasury shares do not currently deprive any shareholders of voting rights, indicating a complete and functional shareholding structure.
