Evergreen Transition: New postponement of publication of 2024 annual accounts
Transition Evergreen, a fund listed on Euronext Paris, has announced a postponement of the publication of its 2024 annual accounts. This decision comes amid the liquidation of its management company, Aqua Asset Management, and a change in regulatory status to a holding company.
As discussions with creditors continue as part of a conciliation procedure, Transition Evergreen's priority is to secure its cash flow to continue operating. The suspension of trading in its shares since April remains in effect, pending financial stabilization.
The auditors were unable to certify the 2024 financial statements, prompting a hearing to compel the company to publish its financial report. Transition Evergreen plans to request an extension to hold its general meeting in the second half of 2025.
