EVERGREEN SA announces its current capital and voting rights structure

The company EVERGREEN SA, established in Paris, has published up-to-date information concerning the composition of its share capital as well as the breakdown of its voting rights. This situation complies with the requirements of Art. 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

As of March 31, 2024, the share capital of EVERGREEN is made up of 40,171,460 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights reaches 59,661,370. These theoretical voting rights include shares that can be exercised at a meeting, plus shares without voting rights, as defined by AMF regulations. Regarding the voting rights actually exercisable, the total is 59,606,982, after adjustment for the 119,403 treasury shares held by the company and therefore non-voting.
