EvokAI Creative Labs to Transfer Listing to NEX Board

EvokAI Creative Labs Inc. (TSXV:OKAI) has announced its listing will be moved to the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange on October 2, 2026. This transfer follows the company's inability to meet the Tier 2 continued listing requirements of the Exchange due to insufficient working capital and lack of positive cash flow and operating revenues.

The transfer will result in a change of trading symbol from OKAI to OKAI.H, though the company’s name and CUSIP number will remain unchanged.
