Evolution of Courtois SA voting rights in October 2024

Courtois SA, a public limited company based in Toulouse, has published an update regarding the distribution of its voting rights as of October 31, 2024. As of this date, the total number of shares outstanding is 72,780, with a total number of gross voting rights of 137,728. Of these shares, 64,948 benefit from double voting rights.

The total number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 137,305 after deduction of 423 shares without voting rights. The latter include 88 shares registered under Courtois and 335 under Courtois SA TM, all in registered form.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Articles of Association, any person holding or ceasing to hold 0.5% of the capital or voting rights must inform the company within 15 days. Failure to comply with this obligation results in the deprivation of voting rights for shares not declared at meetings, which may last up to two years after regularization.
