Evolution of governance at BOIRON

The Board of Directors of Laboratoires BOIRON, chaired by Thierry BOIRON, announced a new evolution in the governance of the Group. Thierry BOIRON has been appointed Managing Director, succeeding Valérie LORENTZ-POINSOT, who is also resigning from her mandate as director.

Anabelle FLORY-BOIRON, with 19 years of experience in laboratories and administrator since 2020, becomes President of the Board of Directors, taking over from Thierry BOIRON.

Thierry BOIRON expressed his gratitude to Valérie LORENTZ-POINSOT for her hard work over the last five years, marked by numerous crises. He now wishes to initiate a new development cycle for the Group.

Anabelle FLORY-BOIRON expressed her satisfaction at representing the third generation at the head of the family business. The goal remains to promote homeopathy and other health solutions for a more humane and sustainable system.
