Evolution of the number of shares and voting rights of Poxel in 2024
Poxel, a biopharmaceutical company listed on Euronext Paris, has published information on the total number of shares and voting rights for 2024. This announcement is in compliance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
As of January 31, 2024, Poxel's share capital consisted of 39,037,393 shares, with as many gross voting rights. After several months of growth, these figures reached 53,373,088 shares and gross voting rights as of October 31, 2024. Exercisable voting rights were slightly lower, at 53,259,557 in the same month.
This significant increase reflects the evolution of Poxel's capital structure during the year 2024.
