Evolution of voting rights and shares at ESKER
ESKER has published figures on the evolution of its share capital and voting rights over several months in 2024. In April, the capital consisted of 6,046,106 shares, while in September this number rose to 6,081,392. At the same time, the number of the company's own shares remains relatively stable, varying from 143,987 to 143,474 over this period.
Regarding theoretical voting rights, there is a slight increase from April to June, reaching a peak of 7,141,296 in June, before decreasing slightly to 7,114,932 in September. Exercisable voting rights follow a similar trend, with a peak in June at 6,997,419, before finally settling at 6,971,458 in September.
